  • India has announced Rs 2.33 crore for the construction of a cleanliness center in Nepal's famous Pashupatinath temple. The project will be constructed under the 'Nepal-India Friendship: Development Partnership'.
  • Rajasthan High Court has recently canceled the first counseling of PG in the matter of giving general category seats to NEW-PG in medical colleges. Now counseling will also be done on the allotted 51 seats of EWS.
  • The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has recently launched a multi-location claim settlement facility with an aim to settle claims quickly. Under which any claim can be settled from any regional office of EPFO.
  • World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought is celebrated worldwide on 17 June. The purpose of celebrating this day is to spread awareness among people to combat the effects of desertification and drought with international cooperation.
  • The schedule of elections for July 6 on 9 seats of the Bihar Legislative Council has been announced. For which the notification will be issued on June 18, 2020, and the last day of nomination for the election has been set as June 25.
